The following are written
testimonies of saints who visited Cluster 2 of the
church in Malabon to see the Lord’s table
meeting (LTM) done from house to house:
District 23 of the church in Malabon became a host
to visiting brothers and sisters from the province
of Rizal particularly from Antipolo, Binangonan
and Taytay last February 26, and to the saints from
Pasig and Brgy. IbaCon (Ibaba and Concepcion) of
Malabon last March 19.
We enjoyed the rich fellowship and brotherly love.
As saints met from house to house to remember the
Lord at His table we had the feeling of being blended
together. Everyone was encouraged as each joined
in the singing of hymns, praising the Lord, and
prophesying. After the Lord’s table meeting,
we ate lunch together and then proceeded to sister
Charing’s house. There, the saints had more
fellowship about their experiences in cluster 2.
The grafted life in the death and resurrection of
Christ flowed into everyone.
Through this, we desire to have more blending and
fellowship. We became more willing to schedule similar
event in order to have more mingling of humanity
and divinity unto having genuine oneness of the
members of the Body of Christ.

Praise the Lord for a sweet blending! It was on
March 19, 2006 when Brgy. IbaCon was invited to
join the Lord’s table meeting in Malabon cluster
2 along with other saints from Rizal. Because there
were many of us, cluster 2 or FloTaDaBHu (for Flores,
Tanza, Dampalit, Bayan-bayanan and Hulong-duhat)
arranged us into groups. Our group met at the house
of Sis. Charing….
The meeting was such an enjoyment for everyone.
Through the prophesying and speaking of the brothers
and sisters, each one was greatly supplied. We were
all the more supplied when we ate together the delicious
lunch prepared by the brothers and sisters.
We started to fellowship at 2 p.m. and the topic
was an encouragement on how the Lord’s table
meeting can be practiced from house to house. This
practice aims to get all the saints, especially
the new ones, to attend the meeting, since they
themselves would set the time when they can hold
the LTM.
Although we did not experience attending LTM twice
or thrice, like the others…we found out that
some of the coordinators of cluster 2 have LTM up
to four times. I thought to myself that they get
to have tremendous enjoyment. They do get drunk
in the Lord. Hallelujah for the Lord’s work!
Because of this blending, we in district 36 realized
that it would be good for us to practice meeting
from house to house because many of us have jobs
during the schedule of big meetings. We brought
this matter to prayer. Hallelujah! The Lord responded
quickly because this is also His desire. On May
14 the home of the Rocero family will officially
be opened as district 36a. We are also praying for
the home of Sister Beverly de la Cruz. May the entire
Camus Extention be recovered by the Lord and that
meeting from house to house also be practiced here.
Hallelujah for the Lord’s victory!

One of the activities that we in
Brgy. Ibacon all agreed to do for year 2006 is to
visit saints from other districts. The purpose is
to be mingled and blended with the other saints.
Last March 17, we visited districts in cluster 2
together with the saints from Rizal. What we experienced
in our districting is really a pattern. In cluster
2 many homes have Lord’s table meeting. A
district even has subdistricts. From one house to
another there is a Lord’s table meeting at
a scheduled time. Upon seeing this, I realized that
this is really the way to gain an increase—to
open the homes of the saints. That’s why I
whispered to the sister sitting beside me, “We
can now open up your home and have LTM at your place.”
We were encouraged by what we saw
and heard during our visit in cluster 2. By the
Lord’s mercy and grace, another house will
be opened this month in Brgy. Ibaba. There is nothing
impossible to the Lord—the Lord only needs
our cooperation and willingness to do the work for
the building up of the Body of Christ.

The brothers and sisters were gathered by the Lord
to show the blending and the work in cluster 2.
It is only here that I experienced having LTM twice.
Before, I had thought that it was not allowed but
it turns out you can drink from the cup [in as many
LTM as you attend]. May we all pray for the growth
of all the saints in the church life.

It is a great privilege to have a share in the
Lord’s move here on earth. The way how this
can practically be done I personally saw when we
blended with the church in Malabon cluster 2. Before,
I had thought that in order to establish LTM in
the home, a big number of saints is needed. I was
so opened that being small in number is not a hindrance
in order for us to meet in our own home. Even those
brothers and sisters who have businesses during
Lord’s Day are still able to have the LTM
because they have it in their homes at 5 a.m. before
they start their businesses…. What the Lord
needs is our willingness to coordinate for His goal…
We should offer the Lord’s Day to the Lord.
May this matter of meeting from house to house be
done also in our home.
A saint from Binangonan
The way to increase is having LTM from house to
house. We have seen the practical way to meet in
Malabon in every district. Even if there are just
three saints at the start, the LTM can be practiced
as long as there are no idols and the owner of the
house wants the meeting to be held there. May this
be practiced by every locality.

We started to walk at 7:30 a.m. on the dike going
to Brgy. Pulo along with the saints (a couple) from
Sri-Lanka. We walked two kilometers but we did not
mind the heat and the distance. We arrived at a
small house that has LTM. It was very simple and
very encouraging. We, who were from Rizal, Malabon
and Sri Lanka, experienced a blending that inspite
of our broken English while prophesying we still
had an intimate fellowship. We have seen the reality
of the practice in Acts 2:46—meeting from
house to house. Amen!

What we saw in cluster 2 of the church in Malabon
was wonderful and enjoyable. We were much impressed
with the practice of meeting by homes. The Lord
is truly so practical! All of the saints there are
open for the meetings, especially during Lord’s
Day. May all the saints in the churches of Rizal
also be open for the meetings. We really saw the
importance of meeting by homes, which brings in
the increase in the number of the saints. It also
builds the saints up to one another. Praise the
Lord! He desires to have a dwelling place, which
is the church. And in the church, He desires to
have an increase, which is brought in by meeting
by homes. Praise the Lord!

It is a glorious thing that I’ve seen how
meeting by homes is done. I was touched to apply
meeting by homes in our locality as well because
this is the way for the Lord to return. I saw the
saints there being preserved, especially for the
Lord’s Table meeting. They just opened up
their homes—regardless of the size of the
home, whether big or small, is not the measure.
May other brothers and sisters also see this glorious
work so that His return would be hastened.

In our visit to cluster 2 of Malabon we had a great
turn especially when we witnessed the practice of
breaking bread from house to house. I saw how the
saints waste no time, especially during Lord’s
Day. I also saw that in serving the Lord, He has
no preference. Even in the tender age the young
people are desperately pursuing the Lord, and the
same goes with the saints over 50 years of age It
would be good if other saints would also see this
matter. Oh, praise the Lord!

When the churches of Rizal visited cluster 2 of
Malabon, we saw the importance of meeting in the
homes. It is very practical. When your house is
far from the meeting hall, this could save you some
time and money for fare. In order to do this in
a home, the owner of the home just needs to consent
and there should be no idols. When we got home from
Malabon, our home was opened for the Lord. We still
held a meeting in our home although the meeting
hall is just very near. This became a blessing to
us because those who live with me in my house, who
were not able to meet before, are now able to meet.
Thank the Lord! May all be able to see this matter.

Praise the Lord! He is our Savior; He is our King.
We thank Him because He has recovered us and has
brought us to the church… hence, it very important
for us to remember the Lord and all that He has
done. This is done in the Lord’s table. Through
meeting by homes we are also perfected to speak
or prophesy…. We would also learn to mingle
with other brothers and sisters.

While we were on our trip going to the different
districts in cluster 2 of Malabon, I was feeling
a special joy because finally I would reach the
place where various experiences are gained by the
brothers and sisters. I also wanted to know why
they could not forget their experiences there.
The saints greeted us with smiles on their lips.
They quickly took us to the saints’ homes.
The group in which I belonged was able to visit
two homes where we enjoyed the Lord’s table.
After we ate lunch, we went to the home of a saint
to have more fellowship. Various experiences were
fellowshipped by the brothers and sisters about
what they had enjoyed that day. Most of all, each
one was opened concerning the matter of having the
Lord’s table meeting from house to house.
This is the way ordained by God. The saints consecrated
to open their homes for this. May the saints continue
to be open concerning meeting by homes and may this
become a way to gain solid pillars for the building
of His Body.

A Worthless Zealousness
I was in my first year college when I started serving
the Lord wholeheartedly. I was involved in a Christian
organization in our university. I was totally exposed
to various Christian works. We shared the gospel
to diverse students in our university. We also took
care of the new converts with regard to their spiritual
growth. My spiritual overseer, a pastor, trained
me well for the work on campus. He taught me a lot
of Bible teachings and with the experiences I had,
I thought I was matured and zealous enough.
After finishing my studies, I pursued my profession
as a teacher. I worked in different Christian schools
and ministered to numerous students for about five
years. My profession allowed me to reach out to
unsaved students. While in the Baptist Church, I
served the young people for about eight years. Because
of my zealousness I planned to go to a Bible school
and thought of becoming a pastor. However, that
did not happen because I did not want to give up
my job, although I love the Lord. Due to certain
unexpected circumstances, my zeal in serving the
Lord was suddenly kept in oblivion.
A Humble Beginning
One day, Timothy Banawa, my quiet Christian student,
invited me to attend their church meeting. He told
me that he was meeting with the church in Baguio.
I refused his first and succeeding invitations because
I was then busy with my ministry. However, he did
not lose heart. He kept on inviting me to their
meeting.
On January 15, 2006, I don’t know what prompted
me to accept his invitation. I attended the Lord’s
Day meeting of the church in Baguio, which was very
strange to me. It was my first time to witness such
a gathering. All Christian denominations that I
have gone to had the pastoral system wherein in
front of the congregation was only one person standing
on the pulpit to preach the word of God. But here,
I was indeed astonished to see everyone speaking
the word of God. Everybody was sharing his enjoyment
of the Lord. This was indeed peculiar to me. I also
had the chance to visit their campus meeting held
every Friday. I began searching my Bible just to
confirm the truth that I had heard. The truth that
was imparted to me was really striking and very
rich.
One night, while reading my Bible, I was led to
Acts chapter 8 and 9. I read the conversion of Saul
and the story of Philip with the Ethiopian. I also
discovered that the practices and ways of the new
testament believers were exactly the same as those
of the church in Baguio. At this juncture, I realized
how foolish I was. I found myself in a solitary
confinement and needing to be freed from my set
of doctrines and self-righteousness.
Then, Bro. Chito Magbanwa, father of my student
Timothy, shared to me the truth about the incarnated
Christ, dispensing, mingling, organic salvation,
grafted life, and the proper church-life whenever
possible. I was totally gained by the Lord and I
received Him fully as I was baptized on January
30, 2006. Oh, what a sovereign arrangement of God.
A Fresh Start
I thank the Lord for this brand new life; a fresh
start and a new beginning. Now, I really enjoy the
Lord. I learned to experience Christ as the reality.
I can now eat the Lord as the bread of life and
drink on Him as the river of life. He is the real
air that I breathe. I also learned to exercise my
spirit. I learned to contact the Lord by calling
on His name. “Oh Lord Jesus,” how sweet
is His name! Oh, what a wonderful experience!
A Decision to Make
After two months of enjoying the Lord this way,
Sis. Elsa Banawa, mother of Timothy, encouraged
me to join the Full-time training in Malabon. I
also had the chance to blend with the Anaheim trainees
and they encouraged me to join the Full-time training,
as well. I also had a wonderful fellowship with
Bro. Rensis Go as he shared his experience in the
training. I told them to pray for it.
Three weeks later, I experienced a kind of bothering
within me. I could hardly sleep at night. It seemed
the Lord wanted me to join the Full-time training
this June. However, joining this training will cost
me my job. But still, God comforted me in my struggles
and gave me peace. Thus, I decided to join the training.
A week after I made my decision, the school offered
me a higher salary and lots of benefits if I could
only commit myself to the school. If I would take
their offer, I would have a good future and would
enjoy greener pastures. I prayed hard to the Lord
on what I should do. One night, the Lord reminded
me, “Obedience is better than sacrifice.”
I realized the Lord wanted me to obey Him. So the
next day, I talked to my employer and told her about
the Lord’s leading in my life. Oh! I praise
the Lord for His peace and joy within me. I need
to follow Him whatever it may cost me.
